CTS T4 pricing is $0.50 cents per side, and then FREE for all trades beyond 500 RTs/month (1000 sides).  Basic CTS T4 has a minimum $25 charge per month, but this won't matter if you trade 25 RT contracts or more during a month.  (Many people will trade 25 contracts in just 2 or 3 weeks.)  Note: T4 with optional real-time News & Charts has a higher minimum.
