Account Funding Instructions

Please remember that the "name" on your funding source must be the same as the "name" used on your completed Account Application.  As soon as your account application has been approved, we will notify you of your account#, which you should include on your bank wire or check.

In order to protect customer funds, federal regulations mandate that all futures brokerage firms keep their customers' funds in a separate, segregated bank account under the care of their futures clearing firm.  Thus, your actual funds will be held under the care of our clearing firm, Dorman.  Unlike Forex brokerage accounts, this law protects all the customers' money in futures accounts, even in the unlikely event that a brokerage firm becomes insolvent, etc.


Check Instructions:
All checks must first be cleared before you can trade.  Note that it sometimes might take up to two weeks for a check to clear.  If you know your Account# number, please write your Account# on your check in the "memo" section.  Please make checks payable to "Dorman Trading LLC," and mail to our clearing firm at:
